Our knowledgeable store staff is readily available to guide you through this process at any of our convenient locations. Moreover, when you engage in online shopping, your account is promptly activated upon successful transaction completion.
How do I access my account?
Upon joining the loyalty program, new customers will promptly receive a text message containing a convenient link. This link is specifically designed to facilitate the seamless completion of their profile, ensuring a comprehensive and personalized experience with us.
How do I earn points?
Customers will be duly rewarded with credit and tier points with every purchase, including special offers.
What are the available pointing systems?
Credit Points are awarded to every purchase, regardless of whether the item was sold at a fixed or discounted price. Once a customer has spent above 900 AED, they are eligible to redeem their rewards. The Credit Points system is integrated with both our ERP system and clientele app.
Tier Points, on the other hand, are awarded to every purchase and serve as a mechanism to elevate customers to a higher tier level within our loyalty program. As customers accumulate more Tier Points, they become eligible for a variety of exciting perks and benefits while shopping in any of our branches.
When will points be credited to my account?
Tier Points will be credited to your account immediately following each purchase, ensuring timely recognition of your loyalty. Additionally, Credit Points, which encompass the broader range of points earned, will be credited to your account within a period of 7 days following the completion of your transaction.
How long are my tiers valid for?
Each transaction within our system is assigned a distinct expiry date. Consequently, customers with multiple transactions will adhere to a structured schedule of expiry based on the expiry date setting, which is typically set at 365 days.
When it comes to redeeming your hard-earned points, our system follows a priority-based approach. Points acquired initially and associated with the earliest expiry date will be the first to be redeemed. This ensures a balanced and efficient redemption process, allowing you to make the most of your accrued points in a timely manner.
Do you have cross-country redemption?
The global wallet functionality, which allows points to be universally redeemable across all countries, is not enabled. Instead, the awarded points can only be redeemed within the specific country where they were earned.
