Refunds Based on Payment Method

1. Card & Visa Checkout Payments

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed back to the original card within 30 calendar days after our team confirms the return.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds can be transferred to your bank account for a minimum refund value of AED 100.

  • Bank transfer charges (AED 15–30) will be deducted from the refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 30 calendar days of return confirmation.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange a product within 7 days, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unused, unaltered, and not purchased during a sale or promotion

  • Original receipt, tags, and packaging must be presented

  • No exchange or refund is allowed for: undergarments, cosmetics, or perfumes (due to hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return or Report a Faulty Item

If you wish to return an item:

  1. Email us at customercare@brandsco.com with your order number and list of items to be returned.

  2. If the item is faulty or damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  3. We will arrange one-time collection of the item(s) (additional charges may apply).

  4. Any additional return requests for the same order must be shipped by the customer.
