How will I track the status of my order?
You can track your order with the courier by simply logging onto our partner’s websites:

Is ordering online secure?
Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website.
All of the information you provide during the ordering process is restricted to our staff, and we make sure that all of our employees up-to-date on our security and privacy policies. How do I place my order?
Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, click the “Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server page and asked to either create a new account or place an order to login to your existing account.
Once you have decided how to proceed, you will be prompted to enter the name and address of the intended recipient of your shipment (i.e. your shipping information), followed by your billing details. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.
After completing the shipping information, you will need to select your mode of payment either Cash on delivery or Debit/Credit Card. Once you have completed selecting your payment method, click on the “Complete Order" button. You will receive the order confirmation via email.
What are your shipping and handling rates?
The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on DHL and Aramex Standard Rates.
What are your payment options?
We accept major debit / credit cards (Mastercard, Visa) and Cash on Delivery is available only in the UAE.
How can i cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please send an email at customercare@brandsco.com quoting your order number and request a cancellation. Alternatively, you can also call us on 04 880 7900 during our regular working hours (Sunday to Thursday, 09:00am-06:00pm GMT+4). Please note that if your order has already been processed and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then follow the return process.
