How do I place my order?

Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, click on the “Proceed to checkout” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server page and asked to either create a new account or place an order to login to your existing account.

Once you have decided how to proceed, you will be prompted to enter the name and address of the intended recipient of your shipment (i.e. your shipping information), followed by your billing details. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.

After completing the shipping information, you will need to select your  mode of payment  either Cash on delivery or Debit/Credit Card {Enter your card details} "Click pay now".  Once you have completed selecting your payment method, click on the "Confirm Order" button. You will be brought to a screen that you already complete your order "Transaction complete" You will receive an order confirmation email "Your order is confirmed", as well as a second confirmation via e-mail.    

How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?

To view the contents of your cart, click on the “Item in bag” icon. Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the number of quantity you want to purchase of a particular item in your cart by updating the quantity listed and then clicking the “Update bag” button. You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the “Trashbin” icon.  click the icon to the right of that item and then updating your cart with the "Update bag" button.

How do I add items to my cart?

To add other item to your cart, navigate to the page of the item you are interested in and then choose that item. You can then enter the quantity of the item that you would like to order using the "Qty" field. After you have entered a quantity, you click the “Add to bag” button, your item will be brought automatically to your "Shopping cart", you can continue shopping or choose to complete your order.

How do I remove items from my cart?

First, click on the “Item in bag” icon. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the “Trashbin” icon and then click "Update bag” to have your changes reflected.

How do I change the quantity of a particular item in my cart?

First, click on the “Item in bag” button. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart, as well as the quantities that you have chosen for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the box that appears under the "Qty" header for this item and type in the quantity desired, and then click the “Update bag” l. Once you do this, the quantity and associated amount will automatically change and reflect the correct amounts for both the quantity and the cost.

How can I sign into my account and/or edit the information in my account?

If you have previously purchased then you may have opted to create a personal account in our system.  If so, you can access this account by clicking on the “Log in”. This takes you to a page where you will be prompted to enter the e-mail address and password that you registered with us when you created the account.  If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one by click on the "Forgot password" tab. After your registered email has been verified, you can check email {click reset password }. Once you already login to your account and you can either edit existing information "View Profile" or proceed with the checkout process.

How will I know that you have received my order?

After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference.

You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)

What are your payment options?

We accept major debit / credit cards (Mastercard, Visa)  and Cash on Delivery "UAE ONLY" .

How can i cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please send an email at quoting your order number and request a cancellation. Alternatively, you can also call us on 600 541001 during our regular working hours (Sunday to Thursday, 09:00am-06:00pm GMT+4). Please note that if your order has already been processed and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then follow the return process.

What is your returns policy?

Exchange within 7 days, if product is unused, unaltered, and not bought during sale or promotion. Original receipt, packing and tags are mandatory. For hygienic reason, no exchange or refund for undergarment, cosmetics, and perfumes. Should you wish to return, you need to send an email at  with your order number, mentioning the items you wish to return.  

How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?

Expect the order to arrive within 72 hours after the order has been placed.
